    Description

    You are purchasing a 1931 Colorado License plate R 5 013.  The plate is more than 3 years old by eBay policy. The plate is original with original paint and there is rust on the front and back. There are no extras holes on the plate. This plate with the R is what I believe to be a replacement license plate which was issued in 1931.  The plate also have what appears to be some red paint across the top of the plate. The license plate is heavy metal and very stiff which is a plus with with rust.
