Condition: For the dumb ones at ebay its over 3 years old. Pair of plates are unused in the original envelope. These are new old stock. Some factory paint flaws but not much. No rust at all and the package is nice. A very nice set of plates and probably won't find another set on the bay this nice. They don't lay flat but that's the way they were made or it might be from storage. This is also for sale locally at my store. Oil City Florence.
